Online registration is now closed!

If you want to participate at the Hybrid Power Systems Workshop, you may still purchase your ticket on-site.

We are happy to register you on-site during pre-registration on 21 May from 17:00-19:00 at the Out Of The Blue Capsis Elite Resort (in front of rooms Minos and Leda).

Alternatively, you may still register on that location on 22 May from 8:00-9:00.

• The following table shows both the gross prices (incl. 24% Greek V.A.T. | marked in bold) as well as the net prices (excl. V.A.T.).
• Prices in our online registration platform will be displayed as gross value only.
  
• Registration fee includes Workshop proceedings on USB drive.

• For German participants: Bank transfer until 1 May 2019, SEPA debit note and credit card until 15 May 2019.
• For international participants: Bank transfer until 10 April 2019. SEPA debit note and credit card until 15 May 2019.
• When registering on site, you can pay in cash or by credit card.
• On Site: Students can still register for a reduced fee (for most options) but need to pay an on-site service charge of 40,- EUR.
• Manual changes and/or amendments of the online registration (e.g. change of person or invoice address) will trigger a processing fee of up to Euro 75.00 (including VAT).

Participants of Greek universities: Please contact us for discount rates.

Companies that register three or more participants will be granted a group discount. The discount amounts to 100 € (incl. tax) for the third, fourth, fifth,…participant each.

How to receive the 100 € (gross) discount? The third (and any additional) participant must leave a discount note in the comment section at the last page of the online registration.
