Notification of Acceptance: sent on 20 February 2019

Once being accepted as speaker or poster presenter, it is very recommended to read the guidelines and to use the paper templates provided on the:

You can retrieve it easily by using the link under the login area.

If you have not received a notification email by 20 February, please access your account and check the turquoise tab “Emails”.


Submission Deadlines

  • Submission of Abstracts: 20 February – 15 May 2019 – CLOSED now
  • Notification of Acceptance of Abstracts: 20 February 2019 – SENT
  • Submission of Papers and signed Copyright Forms: 20 February – 15 April 2019
  • Submission of Presentations: 01 – 15 May 2019


Registration Deadline

As a speaker you are eligible for a special reduced registration fee as long as you register by 15 April 2019! After that date, the fee for “Speaker late registration” applies. To register, visit:
