Fees & Registration

Below find the participation fees for all on-site and virtual events of the 6th International Hybrid Power Systems Workshop.
The organizer adheres to the Coronavirus regulations of Madeira, Portugal valid at the time of the event. Only symptom-free persons, who are not under quarantine and who can prove that they belong to one of the groups defined in the conditions of admission will be admitted to the conference venue. Important Notes

  • The following table shows both the net prices (excl. V.A.T.) as well as the gross prices (incl. 22% // 12% Portuguese  V.A.T. | marked in bold)
  • Prices in our online registration platform will be displayed as gross value only.
  • Workshop participation fees below include Workshop proceedings for download as well as mandatory meals and drinks package during conference hours. NOTE: during online registration the mandatory meals and drinks package will be listed separately. Overall participation fee adds up to the same amount as indicated below.

Conference Fees explained:

On-site Booking Packages

All full conference tickets (Speaker, Student, Regular Participant, Sponsor, Partner) allow access to the Workshop. They also allow access to the event’s recordings for viewing for 4 weeks after they have been uploaded to a video on demand platform. Full conference tickets also include digital proceedings of the 6th International Hybrid Power Systems Workshop. The participation fees include soft drinks, delegate coffee breaks with finger food and drinks, and delegate lunch on the days of the booked conference.
Accommodation is not included in the participation fee. All participants are responsible for paying their own travel and hotel expenses.

Virtual Booking Packages

All full conference tickets (Speaker, Student, Regular Participant, Sponsor, Partner) allow access to the Zoom transmission of the Workshop. They also allow access to the event’s recordings for viewing for 4 weeks after they have been uploaded to a video on demand platform. Full conference tickets also include digital proceedings of the 6th International Hybrid Power Systems Workshop.

Bank transfer until 11 April 2022
Manual changes and/or amendments of the online registration (e.g. change of person or invoice address) will trigger a processing fee of Euro 75.00 (excl. VAT).

Registration for Speakers

Each accepted paper must be associated with at least one registered author before 28 March 2022. Each registered author can be associated to no more than two accepted papers per event. Please note that, if you register as an author, you must provide the submission ID number when registering.

Registration for Students

Discounted student fees are granted to students age 26 or younger only (not PhD students or post-docs). Proof has to be provided to registration@integrationworkshops.org before starting the online registration procedure. This can be a certificate of enrollment from which their age is also evident. Alternatively, various documents showing that they are still in their studies and that prove their age (e.g. identity card). If approved, they will receive a student discount code for online registration at student ticket prices.

Making a large group booking?

Private Person Booking:

Only B2B bookings will be processed via the online registration platform. If you are not affiliated with any company, university or institution, please send an email with your registration request (and a list of all items you wish to book) to: registration@integrationworkshops.org
