Workshop Tickets

All full conference tickets (including categories such as Speaker, Poster Presenter, Academic, Student, Regular Participant, Sponsor, and Partner) provide the following:

• Access to the on-site 10^th International Hybrid Power Plants & Systems Workshop on 5–6 May 2026, taking place at the UNA Hotels T Hotel Cagliari, Sardinia, Italy.
• Access to all available digital papers and PDF presentations from the workshop.
• Soft drinks, coffee breaks, and lunch during conference hours on the days of the event.

Please Note:

• Accommodation is not included in the participation fee.
• All participants are fully responsible for arranging and covering their own travel and hotel expenses.
• The event agenda is subject to change: speakers, sessions, and presentations may be updated until the event date.

For cancellations prior to or on 3 March 2026, a cancellation fee of 20% of the fee will be charged. For cancellations later than 3 March 2026 and prior to or on 24 March 2026, a cancellation fee of 40% of the fee will be charged. For cancellations later than 24 March 2026 and prior to or on 14 April 2026, a cancellation fee of 60% of the fee will be charged. In case of cancellation later than 14 April 2026 or in case of non-attendance of the Event, the full fee is due for payment.

Participants are entitled to modify their registration, including changes to the attending person(s) or contact details.

• An invoice processing fee of EUR 40.00 (including VAT) applies to any changes to the invoice address, VAT number or order reference.
• A standard processing fee of EUR 75.00 (including VAT) applies to all other registration modifications, such as rebookings or participant substitutions.

• Each accepted paper must be associated with at least one registered author before 09 March 2026
• Each registered author can be associated to no more than two accepted papers per event
• Only one speaker or poster presenter per accepted and confirmed submission ID can register for the reduced speaker or poster presenter fee.
• If you register as an author, you must provide the submission ID number when registering

These rates are limited to full-time employees (faculty or staff) of academic institutions with a valid university ID. Academics need to send their proof directly after online registration to registration@integrationworkshops.org in order to be granted the reduced academics fee.

Discounted student fees are granted to students and PhD students age 29 or younger only (not post-docs). Proof has to be provided to registration@integrationworkshops.org before starting the online registration procedure. This can be a certificate of enrollment from which their age is also evident. Alternatively, various documents showing that they are still in their studies and that prove their age (e.g. identity card). If approved, they will receive a student discount code for online registration at student ticket prices.
